A New Breakthrough in Rice Genome Editing Technology
In this study, we developed a nuclease-mediated prime editing (NM-PE) system using the Tf1 reverse transcriptase, significantly improving the precision of plant genome editing. We demonstrated its efficiency through rice genome editing experiments, which is expected to be a groundbreaking tool for future plant genetics research and crop improvement. The advancement of gene editing technology will be a key to solving future food problems.
