Study Objective

This trial evaluates the safety and efficacy of epcoritamab (EPKINLY™) when administered as monotherapy or in combination with standard treatments. Phase 1 identifies the optimal dose, and Phase 2 confirms efficacy at the selected dose in a larger patient cohort.

Trial Design

Phases 1 and 2 are conducted concurrently across ten treatment arms. Each arm consists of epcoritamab alone or combined with standard therapy. Administration involves both subcutaneous and intravenous injections. Visit intervals are scheduled at weeks 2, 3, 4, 8, etc., following the initial baseline visit.

Therapeutic Differentiation

epcoritamab is a bispecific antibody targeting CD3 and CD20 simultaneously, linking T cells to malignant B cells to enhance cytotoxicity. Subcutaneous delivery improves patient convenience, and combination regimens are being explored to overcome resistance.

Market and Clinical Significance

The B‑NHL treatment market is projected to reach approximately $10 billion by 2025, with an expanding share of immunotherapies. Demonstrated safety and efficacy of epcoritamab could secure a differentiated position relative to existing CD20 antibodies, increasing market share. Success may also broaden applicability to other hematologic malignancies.
