Study Background: The incidence of endocrine tumors is rapidly increasing in the United States, highlighting the urgent need for early diagnosis and effective treatment strategies. ## Study Objective: This study aims to establish a molecular dataset by simultaneously collecting tumor and normal tissue samples from patients scheduled for surgery or biopsy. ## Study Design: Participants will provide pre-operative blood and urine samples, and tumor and adjacent normal tissues will be collected during surgery for preservation. Subsequently, the tissues will be used for advanced analysis, including next-generation sequencing (NGS). ## Expected Outcomes: The molecular profiling results are expected to improve the accuracy of endocrine tumor diagnosis and contribute to identifying patient populations who do not respond to existing treatments.
