To verify the technical feasibility of this pilot program, major clinical pipelines from global pharmaceutical companies AstraZeneca and Amgen have been selected as demonstration cases. AstraZeneca is conducting the 'TrAVeRse' study, a Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of a triple combination therapy with BTK inhibitor Calquence (acalabrutinib) for patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have not received prior treatment, and is transmitting real-time data. Amgen is also providing data from the 'STREAM-SCLC' study, a Phase 1b clinical trial targeting patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC) with Imdelltra (tarlatamab), a DLL3 and CD3-targeting bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) therapy. The real-time sharing of clinical data from these two innovative drugs has successfully demonstrated the possibility of real-time safety monitoring even in complex oncology clinical trials.
