Tool Guide

Definition

A source-required geometry tool that computes same-basis units per target cell from delivery volume and native titer evidence for one exact vector profile and lot.

Purpose

Lock the lot, assay basis, and profile revision and preserve user-entered delivery geometry in a reproducible receipt. It recommends no universal dose or success condition.

How to Use

Enter an exact profile ID@revision, vector lot, native titer value and unit, delivery volume, and target cell count. Verify that the result basis badge matches the evidence.

Examples

Example: selecting AAV2 GC/mL evidence yields PHYSICAL_GENOMES units per target cell and does not produce TU or PFU.
