PIPETTING PROTOCOL

Add 180.0 µL diluent to wells 2–12.
Add 200 µL stock (1000) to well 1.
Transfer 20 µL from well 1 → well 2, mix, repeat serially.
Discard 20 µL from the last well (or adjust for equal volumes).
