Purity, Recovery & Endotoxin Calculator — 세 모드로 (1) main peak/total area 순도, (2) simple output/input 또는 matrix-spike net recovery, (3) 측정 EU/mL와 최대 1시간 dose로 endotoxin exposure 및 K/M 농도 한계를 계산합니다.
목적
(1) Chromatogram area normalization 검산 (2) 공정 회수율과 analytical spike recovery 구분 계산 (3) EU/mL를 EU/kg exposure로 변환 (4) K/M 산식과 tolerance 사용률 정리
사용법
① Purity, Recovery, Endotoxin 중 하나를 선택합니다. ② 해당 mode의 분자·분모를 같은 단위로 입력합니다. ③ Endotoxin에서는 실제 제품에 적용되는 K와 최대 1시간 mL/kg dose를 확인해 입력합니다. ④ 계산 결과를 복사합니다. 이 도구는 detector response factor, analytical method validation, compendial method suitability 또는 release 판정을 대신하지 않습니다.
예시
Purity 예) main=950, total=1,000 → 95% Spike recovery 예) spiked=11, unspiked=2, added=10 → 90% Endotoxin 예) measured=0.2 EU/mL, M=10 mL/kg, K=5 EU/kg → exposure=2 EU/kg, K/M=0.5 EU/mL, tolerance used=40% 수치 방향만 제공하며 자동 합격 판정은 하지 않습니다.
