정의

Body & Organ Weight Calculator — baseline과 terminal body weight로 절대·백분율 변화를 계산하고, absolute organ weight를 terminal body weight로 정규화해 mg/g, g/100 g와 percent로 표시합니다.

목적

(1) 반복투여 독성시험 체중 변화 검산 (2) Absolute와 relative organ weight 동시 정리 (3) g·kg 및 mg·g 단위 오류 방지 (4) 개체별 QC 또는 보고 표 계산 보조

사용법

① Baseline과 terminal body weight 및 공통 단위를 입력합니다. ② 장기의 absolute weight와 단위를 입력합니다. ③ 체중 변화, mg/g, g/100 g 값을 복사합니다. 분모는 terminal body weight입니다. Relative weight만으로 독성을 해석하지 말고 absolute weight, 조직병리와 study design을 함께 검토하세요.

예시

예) Baseline body weight=300 g, terminal=270 g, organ=1.35 g → 체중 변화=−30 g, −10% → absolute organ=1.35 g → organ/body=5 mg/g=0.5 g/100 g=0.5% Relative organ weight는 단순 비례 가정이며 자동 독성 판정을 하지 않습니다.
