分母は protocol/SAP の解析集団・missing/non-evaluable 処理規則に従う必要があります。Wilson・exact interval は coverage 特性が異なり、本 calculator は優先法を自動選択しません。単群 response-rate CI は対照比較、因果、臨床的有意性判定の代替ではありません。
根拠: NIST の二項 proportion に対する両側 Wilson score・Clopper–Pearson exact CI、および response rate exact 95% CI を用いる FDA review 例。

定義
Response Rate & Confidence Interval — 観測 response 数 x と protocol/SAP 定義の解析分母 n から x/n 点推定と両側 Wilson score・Clopper–Pearson exact interval を並列計算します。0 response・100% response 境界を直接処理します。
目的
(1) ORR・DCR・assay positive rate 等の二項比率を要約、(2) small n・極端 rate で exact CI を検算、(3) Wilson・exact interval を並列比較、(4) 表・CSR 用 count/percent/CI をコピーします。
使い方
① 解析定義に合う response 数・N を決めます。② 両側 confidence level を入力します。③ Point estimate・両 interval をコピーします。④ 結果表に interval method、解析集団、missing/non-evaluable 処理規則を明記します。本 tool は preferred method、hypothesis test、臨床的有意性を自動判定しません。
例
例) 20人中4 response、両側90%なら観測率20%です。Clopper–Pearson exact CI は約7.1354%–40.1029%で Wilson CI も併記します。0/10・10/10 の境界でも exact・Wilson を計算します。
