定義
Process Yield & Mass Balance Calculator — 各 serial process step の input、desired product output、別途 accounted loss から step yield、mass-balance closure、unaccounted amount を計算し、最初の input に対する final output の overall yield を表示します。
目的
(1) 工程段階別 actual yield を検算 (2) Product・accounted loss・unaccounted material を reconciliation (3) Serial process の overall yield を整理 (4) Step continuity mismatch を事前検出
使い方
① 全 step に共通する amount 単位を選びます。 ② 各行に step,input,product output,accounted loss を入力します。 ③ Step yield・closure と overall 値を確認します。 ④ Continuity 警告があれば sampling、addition、dilution、basis 変更を確認します。 Overall closure は中間原料追加のない serial conservation basis でのみ意味があります。
例
例) Capture: input=100、product=80、accounted loss=18 Polish: input=80、product=60、accounted loss=15 → step yield=80%、75% → step closure=98%、93.75% → overall product yield=60%、serial closure=93%、unaccounted=7 Expected yield range や deviation の必要性は自動判定しません。
