相対臓器重量は臓器重量と terminal body weight の単純な比例関係を仮定します。絶対重量、性別、年齢、妊娠状態、組織病理、摂餌量、brain ratio、study-specific ANCOVA などを併せて確認してください。自動毒性判定は行いません。

定義

Body & Organ Weight Calculator — baseline から terminal body weight までの絶対・百分率変化を計算し、absolute organ weight を terminal body weight で正規化して mg/g、g/100 g、percent で表示します。

目的

(1) 反復投与試験の体重変化を検算 (2) Absolute・relative organ weight を同時整理 (3) g・kg と mg・g の単位誤りを防止 (4) 個体別 QC・報告表計算を補助

使い方

① Baseline・terminal body weight と共通単位を入力します。 ② 臓器の absolute weight と単位を入力します。 ③ 体重変化、mg/g、g/100 g をコピーします。分母は terminal body weight です。Relative weight のみで毒性を解釈せず、absolute weight、組織病理、study design を併せて確認してください。

例

例) Baseline body weight=300 g、terminal=270 g、organ=1.35 g → 体重変化=−30 g、−10% → absolute organ=1.35 g → organ/body=5 mg/g=0.5 g/100 g=0.5% Relative organ weight は単純比例の仮定であり、自動毒性判定は行いません。
